Well Garfield makes “doing nothing” an art form. While actually “doing nothing”.

Why is it even called watchdog

As a teenager, I wanted to be a security guard for exactly that reason.

My dog could never be a watch dog because she can’t tell time. Maybe it’s because I forget to wind her.

Odie seems really dedicated to his job as watchdog, doesn’t he?

My dog sits on the couch looking out the window at nothing. I think it what he does to try to relax but then goes crazy when the mailman,UPS, or mailmen comes by.

I thuught watch dogs were for telling time.

If burglars break in, Odie will watch them.
