I had a friend who’s father drank so much carrot juice his skin took on an orange hue. I don’t recall if his eyesight improved.
Beta carotene is necessary for normal vision. It cannot improve faulty vision. You could look it up.

When I was a baby my nose took on a hue if I was fed baby food carrots.
Of course carrots are good for eyesight – you don’t see rabbits wearing glasses, do you?
Whatever it takes to get you to eat your vegetables.
That’s why rabbits never wear glasses.
