When I was young and single I got transferred to New York City. I was nervous (noivus?) about how I would meet friends, especially women. I pulled up to the office in Manhattan and was looking for a place to park when a girl from the office came out to help me. She was cute, so I was beginning to feel it would be OK there. Then she said “Pawk da caw ovah by da coib.” I never dated anyone from New York City after that. It was a dreadful year.

So .. I’m the only one who thought, “So Brooklynites are all gangsters? Or all gangsters are from Brooklyn?”
