Yes! I made a chocolate (dark chocolate) pie last night. I just need to make the whipped cream and mascarpone topping. Oh, and I guess I should eat lunch first.
I’m more of a cake person than a pie person. That said, I really love my Sister in Law’s pies on Thanksgiving. And I have been to a pie shop more than a few times in my life. But cake is more my thing. But to be sure, I’ve had days during this time of Covid when I want to take a swan dive into a half gallon of Breyer’s Ice Cream. But I just keep going. This too shall pass.
