I remember when Buddy Hacket and Harvey Corman appeared on the Tonite Show after filming “Bud and Lou”. Johnny asked them about doing “Who’s on first”. They both replied that Bud and Lou’s timing was so perfect that they filmed the scene many times over and couldn’t get it right (and they were professionals) the scene had to finally be edited together from parts of the failed cuts…
