don’t want to be a critic but feel like lincoln is stretching the story out, and it feels frustrating. if he wants this arc to be unnecessary long then the outcome better be worth it- have kim actually leaving nate alone.

I’m sorry you had to wait for it so long, but it was really hard typing on my phone. Here’s the part one of my story below.

Big Nate and the Big Event – Part 1

“I can’t believe school starts today”, I said.

“Neither do I” Teddy replied.

“Hey, guys, cheer up!” Francis said.

“Yeah, right, like we’d like to back to school!”

“Oh c’mon, Nate, didn’t you miss all those guys for the whole summer?”

“Sure, I missed Chad and Dee Dee, but Gina, Chester and Kim? No, thank you”.

As the first period, we had advisory with Mrs. Godfrey. I thought it’s gonna be the worst period of my life.

“Welcome back to school, people!” our teacher said. “This year, a new student will join our class”.

A girl stood up from her desk and came to the chalkboard.

“Everybody, this is Coco, she’s from Mexico”, Godfrey continued.

We all thought it’s gonna take a while, when she’s gonna find a friend, but on the first break, she seemed to chatter with Teddy a lot.

Theory: I think Nate will walk up to Kim and try to break up with her, instead, KIM will break up with NATE, and the situation is fine, other than embarrassment until he decides to go to the dance stage, and finds Kim and Chester together. Chester quickly spots Nate and promises to do the same thing every day until summer vacation

Why is Nate writing in a small piece of paper over nothing. It’s prolly completely illegible. Something like this should be typed and knowing Nate he’d prolly lose the piece of paper anyway

Teddy: i’ll go get logs.

Chad: i’ll get food.

Deedee: i’ll build with Francis.

Nate: and i’ll search for what killed my dad, lets go.

And so chad looked and found lots of berries, fruits, and some vegetables. Teddy found a total of 30 big logs and DeeDee and francis made a home in the mountain. Soon after nate, DeeDee, chad, teddy and francis grouped up and started looking for the hybrid. Then DeeDee spotted it.

DeeDee: look!

The hybrid looks over and immediately starts running, they chase it but while doing so they could see a ponytail with brown hair and the tail of a wolfad chad gets left behind.

Chad: wait Big nate and the creature part two

Soon after making it to camp they quickly settle down to rest.
