My German Shepherd limped up to me, favoring a front paw. I bent down to check, and she licked me. She then gleefully ran away without a limp. That’s how I was French kissed by a dog.

My female chihuahua who just “passed” used to lean into your face and then just quickly give a “lick and look” and keep pressing against you, I miss that.
