Guinea pigs are sweet and timid and absolutely non-violent. Gerbils, OTOH, are fierce little guys. The only way they’d come out 2nd best in a contest with a guinea pig is if it happened to roll over on them.

I wish Monty could be its own separate strip from Sedgewick. I enjoy reading Monty but find myself bored to death from the Sedgewick episodes. They don’t even tie in. It’s not like Monty is Sedgewick’s neighbor/friend/uncle, so why keep them as a single strip?
