1 Back in the 50’s the menfolk would nod and say,“And that’s why doing laundry is Woman’s work.”

2 Might be reading Crime And Punishment.

3 The dog was an excellent character witness.

1) He didn’t know it was a party line. 2) Bozo’s reading room. 3) She ended up being a loan.

1. Need more lines.

2. Need more books.

3. Need more loans? ;-)

It’s an immense pleasure to enjoy such lovely comics with such beautifully drawn funny gags every day. A big thumbs up, a big applause, and three cheers of course, for the master cartoonist FoXo’s masterful masterpiece, the picturesque pantomime called BOZO!

Working smarter. Getting smarter. Being smarter. I’m open to other ways of doing things but only if they are really better and not just different.

1. Share the line with her? Yes, I’ll hold.

2. Book title is, “To Catch a Thief”.

3. I needs to get a loan from that bank!

1. Might see some interesting things on the line!2. Probably an old book of O. Henry short stories.3. What an accommodating bank VP! Would love to know how Bozo talked him in to loaning out his lovely secretary. Maybe something like “May I borrow Miss Pepper for an hour? My date didn’t show up for lunch at the restaurant across the street, and it would be a shame to waste the reservations!”

3. I’m alone, I need a loan.

1-I didn’t think there was such a thing as party lines anymore.

2-That’s one way to reduce crime.

3-I wonder what sort of collateral Bozo put up to get the loan?

Knowing how much women hate short men, I’m surprised she agreed to it.

Ah, the good old days, when men were men and women were commodities. Things certainly have changed. A bit.

A touch of soap opera today!

1) Hanging the Wash: Bozo uses the ladder to put his clothes out to dry starting with moving across. Then Bozanne starts while at the second floor since you can pull the line around. Bozo is a bit shocked!

2) Reading is Not a Crime: While Bozo has fallen asleep reading a member of the Criminal Guild climbs in to steal and instead hours later Bozo finds him reading his book!

3) Personal Loan of Personnel: Bozo goes to get a loan, of one of the lovely ladies in the stenographic pool!
