Rocky: Bozo’s just casually mowing the commons.

Dear Mr. Milkman: This will be a strip that may need some explanation for the younger folk.

1) Why lose his comfortable spot because of a playful dog?

2) Déjà vu!

3) Large family to feed (Fuzzy is an early bird as well)

3) Bozo substituing for milk man and finds the love letter for the real milk man.

1 Hope that dog don’t drool much Bozo.

2 Always toss where you already mowed Bozo.

3 They always seem to need to explain the circumstances as to why they need extra yogurt, eh Bozo?

Drat! Now I have to go back to the truck..

Growing up I cut the grass with a mower like that, and also had a milkman deliver dairy products! The Fuller Brush Man would knock on the door, along with a man selling detergent with prizes in the box! Them were the days! ☺️

Puppy power. Rockin’ and Rollin’. Message in a bottle. I haven’t listened to The Police in years. I wonder how Sir Sting is doing?

Jokes apart, just look at these three glorious gems by FoXo. Simple fun concepts picturised in a splendid way, drawn and executed in a splendid way.

It takes great talent to create and execute even simple fun concepts in an excellent way and these fun comics are evidence of FoXo being a great master cartoonist.

And all these with completely picturised scenes, that is, no scene is incomplete and every scene is like a photograph of a realistic three dimensional cartoon world and you can feel the depths in each scene in every panel. All complete with foreground characters or elements, background characters and elements, and everything in between. Multiple focal points as if you are seeing things in reality.

FoXo not only has a smart wit to create fun funnies but he also had a great eye of observing the real world and a great artistic talent to create a realistic looking cartoon world using his mastery of perspective artwork.

And all this especially when FoXo never took any art lessons ever!

So it no wonder that despite so many decades and eras has passed, BOZO still comes like a fresh fragrant breeze and still brings great joy and sheer cheer to many.

Except a few subjects which some folks of today may not gets, most of BOZO is evergreen. Even if one does not get something occassionally, it is still a great window to the past which is still a most wonderful thing.

But despite being a great classic of great creative calibre, neither BOZO nor FoXo are much known or remembered these days.

Spread the word, friends, so that these wonderful wordless wonders called BOZO can spread more joy and cheer to many many more!

1) DOG DAY AFTERNOON: Bozo sets up his hammock for Scraps as he sits under the tree and the hammock sleeping away!

2) ROCKY JUDGEMENT: Hand mowing the park lawn finds a rock and just tosses it away. So inevitably he hits the rock!
