??? I thought there was a shortage of Grape-Nuts! I see an opportunity for Agnes to sell some on the black market.

I always liked Grape Nuts. Sweetened cereals have never been my thing. Cheerios is my second choice. One can find those in multi-packages, which is not the case with Grape Nuts.

“Oh, Agnes! Suck it up, eat your breakfast, & get ready for school! Be Happy & no dumpster diving today!”

Grapenuts tastes like whole wheat bread dough, baked into hard bricks, and crumbled with a hammer.

I remember as a kid preferring to start with a relatively unsweetened cereal such as Special K or cornflakes, and mixing in a spoonful of sugar. Probably wasn’t that uncommon then, if my parents let me do it. I can’t imagine doing that now.

My favorite breakfast consists of grape nuts folded into greek yogurt, along with some fresh fruit.

Grape nuts are currently out of production due to the pandemic.

What’s the deal with Grape Nuts? They don’t taste like grapes!

Grape Nuts is not a venereal disease.

“Sugar Pops”??? How long did you have that box, Grandma? They changed the name to “Corn Pops” when you & I were still kids (or almost).

And it really is International Day of Happiness! :)

When I was growing up, Grape Nuts was the one cereal my mother wouldn’t buy. She was worried that we’d damage our teeth.

Grapenuts have no taste of grapes in them.
