I can relate to this so well prior to my retirement when I could hardly wait for the days to end.
Those were the days that started with a bunch of admissions during a code blue.
Time for a coffee break.
In retirement, I feel the same way when I’m “on hold” or waiting at the doctor’s office!
Happens on Mondays to many of us, Aunty!
Aunty, I hope you got your jollies during those 45 minutes.
The other side to that is doing something you luv. . .and speeding through 4 hours and it feels like 45 minutes. . .
Time flies like the wind. Fruit flies like bananas.
Start palling around with Andy Capp. He’s just a few strips thataway. <—
Right on the mark. Todays strip should be automatically added to the “Classic list”.
Chronological Game Time is not the same as Chronological Actual Time, Aunty…

I can identify with the time reference but in a totally different context having lost my wife 5 weeks ago and it seems like forever and the 34 years we were together seems so quick.
I bet she loves her job.
That is one thing I like about my job – I am busy from the time I get there until I leave!
That is generally any Tuesday for me. Mondays seem to fly by, but Tuesdays drag.
