We had the weirdest weather today. Freezing and windy for my walk at 10AM. Spotty rain at 1PM. Hail and occasional snowflakes at 3PM. Then clear with clouds at 4PM. Gray and overcast at 6PM. Repeat the next 2 days.

The secret is out! Graham has heard our pleas to bring Mimeux back!

National Plant a Flower Day. I already planted a BUNCH of impatiens seeds under a plant light and quite a few are coming up. I’m going to start marigold seeds later. I planted tomato seeds too but they’re not up yet.

The drive up to Park City yesterday was kind of like LROS’ day. 22 minutes north of Hurricane, it was grey and overcast with some rain and snow flurries. Lots of snow in the fields. Then 90 later, no snow in the fields, dry and clear, but still very cold. Our usual stop for gas and a quick trip into the Maverick, it was full on snow and wind and freezing. 30 minutes, later no snow, no rain, no snow on the ground. Finally, as we turned to come; up thru the canyon, more clouds and wind, but no falling snow. The mountains are all white and the skiers are out in force. We wanted to go over to Soldiers Hollow today to watch some kids competition but it’s closed to spectators not related to the competition.

“Hi Bob,

Well, I hope that you’ve gotten your Covid shot…I’m still “on the list.” Maybe in a month or two, PA will get it’s act together. Boy are the Politicos screwing around BIG TIME! The Keystone Kops would have done a better job getting the vaccine out to the public by now. Only 2 places in my county are providing the shots. They are overloaded tremendously. What morons!

I hope that the docs have your pain under control and that you are getting more sleep. Is the PT helping you? Let us know how you’re doing, everyone at Ten Cats is pulling for you. We’re ALL sending prayers and good wishes for you.

Looks like the secret admirer isn’t so secret anymore. Nice to see Mimieux again. On another note, saw a wren, nine robins, and two juncos while out walking today.
