History channel yesterday had a show about how hot dogs did not have a very good reputation [questionable meats (rat meat etc.) and fillers] until Nathan’s in cony island insisted on selling his all beef “Kosher Style” Red Hots.
Poor Mutt. It is challenging to have to wait for dinner some days. In my home, my wife and I tend to divvy up cooking chores and days….. by trying our best to predict schedules for the upcoming week so that whomever is going to be home earliest tends to prepare the meal. But…. as the adage goes…. “Best Laid Plans of Mice and Men”….. there are times where one or both of us have to stay and work later than planned…. then we usually try to go to a “relatively” healthy fast food route instead…. typically something like Subway.

Wife needs a break. Don’t mind fresh rolls from our local Vietnamese take out. Beats McDs 100%.
