Bob sure can’t take a hint when Andy tells him he has no talent whatsoever.

You would think Bob would have learned by now not to ask Andy for his opinion.

My experience with guitar players & cover singers like Bob is that they’re a weedy and persistent lot. What’s more, if they think it’ll get ‘em a gig, they’ll call what they do grand opera.

Never ask a question to which you don’t want the answer. Andy wants you to sing solo Bob…so low no one will hear you!

The best audience is intelligent, well-educated and a little drunk.

Andy’s favorite Guitar Bob’s rendition is john Cage’s 4 minutes and 33 seconds of silence!

“They” do say that silence is golden. But then you would probably have to listen to Andy talk. So which would be worse?

Sing me a song, I’m the piano man… guitar man, in this case… (sorry Billy Joel….)

Play “The Sound of Silence” in a literal fashion.

To quote Lindsay Buckingham of Fleetwood Mac – “I might not give the answer that you want me to. Oh, well.”!

Bob puts his heart and soul in his music, but no talent.

Andy and Bob should form a duet. Mr. Capp is quite the singer himself as his neighbors will testify.

Bob must know he is bad; he doesn’t even have a tip jar.

In my tavern days I longed for a Juke Box selection called Three Minutes of Silence.
