I’m tired of outrage, go ahead and keep it in

Don’t know if Trout doesn’t care for Agnes’ singing voice or political views.

Where’s my olive loaf?!!

I love mimes more than discount store Dylans.

I once saw a live performance by Marcel Marceau, and although I don’t recall details, do remember that I liked it. Other mimes, not so much, but I haven’t really seen all that many. And at least they make fewer annoying noises than some folk singers.

My limited access to folk songs was about people wondering where all the flowers have gone, and wishing they had a hammer.

Trout is the clueless one, for a change.(Now how well she or Agnes can sing, is a whole ’nother thing.)

Trout needs a refresher in history.. Some of the best country music had its inspiration from political madness.

Could sanity be restored to this country with music? Play away!

I have an old 33-1/3 RPM vinyl album in stereo of Marcel Marceau’s greatest hits.

Arlo Guthrie came to Spain during Franco’s reign, and before the concert some intimidating messengers from the government handed him a list of songs he wasn’t allowed to sing. It was most of his set. So he announced from the stage that he’d been handed this message, and that he wasn’t allowed to sing those songs, but tell you what: he was going to play them. And the audience could sing them for him. And they did that. And that’s how Franco’s reign came to an end, because all those people packed in there and all those people who heard about it afterwards all found out that no, they weren’t alone in opposing the regime after all, most of their countrymen were right there with them.

Don’t lose heart Agnes, We Shall Overcome Trout’s disinterest.

People love mimes almost as much as cold sores.
