Sleepy Time Tea?

I finally see

Just a bit of Oscar’s special tea and, suddenly, every is verrry sleepy! In 32 minutes, the tea will have fully taken effect?

By the look of the numbers screen in P.2, I was thinking there might be a bomb next to the bug. Kelly looks a little sleepy herself.

This is one long story…..

Did we ever get an explanation why Auntie’s face was kept hidden? Gotta wonder if Mike had something planned but the Tower of Power said “you can’t show that!” and censored it.

And here I thought it was a bomb

Stroke of genius that Oscar fellow to put a listening device among those flowers he presented to Auntie Bellum. Maybe his boss will reward him for his initiative.

Aquarius begged enough spare change to get a pair of those Groucho glasses with the nose and moustache attached. That disguise will get him past that rent-a-cop hotel security.

I don’t know what Oscar hopes to gain by drugging Auntie and Cheesy at this point.

Perhaps if he is working for Bellum he could try and get her to sign while drugged but that could easily be challenged.

If he is working for himself, it seems he needs to get control of the finances and POA before he can tap into Auntie’s business and enrich himself.

What does he hope to get out of this? I don’t think we know enough about Oscar’s plan.

The tea is ’’spiked’’……….better pass out the ‘’grey poupon.’’

It looks as though Devious Unctuous Obsequious Oscar has cobbled together some kind of plan that involves “sleepy-time tea” for the ladies and “seeing” Auntie again in a little over half an hour. What he has in mind, we do not know. And I for one am not clear on the precise timing he seems to be following: drugs don’t take effect that precisely in different individuals and a bomb seems highly unlikely (how would he have planted it on short notice—for, as events are breaking, he only had any motive for whatever he’s doing for a short time, probably basing himself on what he’s overheard of the Stephan “Big” Bellum-Auntie Peggy Bellum meeting). Peggy had legitimately worn herself out with her burst of energy against her brother and Oscar, whereas suddenly sleepy Cheesescake has almost certainly been dosed with a narcotic.

We still are missing information on Oscar’s motives and loyalties (if he has any)….
