The more times you get sent to the principal’s office, the more successful you will be.
Hey, they’re not wrong. How many decades were they in college?
Wise words. Possibly without repeating the school year.
Did Alley Oop go to school?
1st challenge authority. 2nd openly mock it. Fart and scene
Class clown isn’t enough by itself. Draw caricatures of your friends, school bullies, and the teachers on your math assignments.
Having a good writer/artist also helps.
I’m surprised Zonker doesn’t add, “And take a toke now and then to keep your creative juices flowing.”
Yeah, they have the right of it there. Besides, if they’re laughing at you they’re not hitting you. …as hard.
I would think it best to have a friend who is a cartoonist.
My question that got even our crusty old English teacher laughing, as she read:
Tlot-tlot; tlot-tlot, in the distance? Were they deaf that they did not hear?
At this point I asked, “How did she know it was her lover? Maybe it was the meter reader?”
Guess I didn’t try hard enough. I got to know the principal well though.
While stumbling through 6th, 7th & 8th Grade I met with the Principal daily at least. I could be Devilish for sure. In High School almost never got in trouble, I learned how to get away with stuff.
So did “Z.K., New York” ever make it big?
