We used to, pre-pandemic, attend open houses from time to time, just for the recreation of it. The ones I liked best were run by a real estate company that sent out several dozen frozen “bake and serve” cookies with their agent. Pop a dozen or two into the oven 30 minutes before the door opens, and then put another dozen or two in every hour or so. Not only does it smell good, but fairly often, you get to eat a nice warm cookie!

I don’t think putting out regurgitated worms would help -

I think most birds prefer to consume and regurgitate their own.

Put out some fresh live worms and maybe some seeds in a dish.

Won’t do any good. The next-door-neighbor is still flying a “Garfield 2020” flag.

Never mind, just do some “jingle mail” and fly south. The lady next door opened up a cat recuse.

So worms are better than apple and cinnamon sticks simmering on the stove?
