Well I feel better knowing that I get a buck three eighty.
The problem with asking chiefey for a raise is that he’ll never give it to Brutus! ;D
He better be careful, if he gets a raise he may have to start paying taxes. He will have to come up with a new saying… “Another day, another 60¢.”
When I was working, "Another day, another dollar’ meant that you got a raise.
Another dollar means another 40% tax increase.
He definitely could use one for lemonade in getting his wife a new car…..
That is why he is the born loser!
Another quaint concept : An honest day’s work, for an honest wage.
This was a common joke in one of my jobs:
“Another day, another dollar and a quarter.”
“You’re overpaid…”
Beg for the raises now and save – when you retire you’re kicked to the curb.
It is time to update that saying, for inflation.

He’s over paid.
Dress Wilberforce in rags, and take him in to see Veeblefester:
“ I need a raise to afford clothes for my son.”
