As kids we would always watch cartoons on Saturday mornings.We always found it odd that our parents joined us for Bugs Bunny & Roadrunner, but not for anything else. We’d offer, but they never stayed to watch.
Now, as a grown-up myself, I can appreciate the classic ageless and timeless humor of those cartoons. I think my parents tried to explain it but it had nowhere to sit in a 4-year-old brain.
