When he was 12 my Shiba Inu ‘adopted’ two kittens, a white long hair and a gray short hair from the same litter. For the next 7 years they were inseparable until the Shiba passed from Cushing disease. The cats passed 6 and 8 months later. I truly believe of broken hearts.

I have 2 small dogs and an indoor cat . The cat rules the house , she can get them to move off a spot she wants just by glaring at them , lol .

Highly unrealistic. But cute. It’s a comic, I’ll accept it :P

Anytime I’ve introduced a dog and a cat to each other there is a step after panel 4 involving the cat giving the dog a good swipe in the nose to put it in its place and show who is the boss before they can start to get along.

You didn’t record it? We know Spock is alive, but what happened to Mrs. Angelini?

AWW, how sweet :-) Dogs and cats can live together :-) There is a YouTube video about a mother cat who lost her kittens and adopted the puppies of a mother dog who was not caring for them. There is another YouTube video of a mother dog raising a kitten she found in a ravine. The SPCA rescued both and now both are living in their loving forever home :-)
