The Supreme Court has made some bad decisions lately, I think they are afraid of getting packed.

Not for a long, long time now….

hmmm – maybe the Supreme Court IS doing a ‘fair’ job, both sides seem to be upset with it all the time.maybe both sides need to read the constitution and let the SC rule from it like it was intended, instead of being pressured by the ‘sides’ to do it their way.

She then went and drank a supreme quart.

There’s probably more than a few that would disagree with that mirror.

Put me on that list…

When this cartoon appeared (6-24-1971) Lewis F. Powell Jr. was in the middle of writing the infamous “Powell memo” outlining the reactionary right’s counterattack to the left’s “Attack on the American Free Enterprise System.” Nixon nominated Powell to the Supreme Court on October 21, 1971.
