Squirrels are rats with a nice coat, but less smart. Thanks to their looks, they get a better, but undeserved reputation. Squirrels are responsible for global warming, plague, covid19, inflation, unemployment, mass shootings and reality TV. I say nuke them all! Wouf Wouf! (oops. You didn’t hear that last part, I swear I’m an objective human scientist.)
My terrier-Lab mix is the barking queen! My Lab-collie mix only pays attention when she (the t-L) points them out to him. All my Labradors never really cared that much… Our very first Labrador, who was the son of champions and a gift to my 6 week-old son from MY grandfather when my husband was deployed, barely ever barked! I think he only barked to let me know if I was taking too long to answer the door. That dog lived for 16 years, amazing for a Lab!

Just because Poncho has seen them or barked at them, doesn’t mean they can’t have a vote or be counted in the vote.
On the other hand, “Destroy!” is a pretty harsh “punishment”
