    Eddie, did you really think . . . No, obviously you didn’t.

    On the plus side, that’s not bad. And it’s upstairs, where casual guests won’t see it. You might want to consider keeping this one. Assuming, of course, that you can do so without encouraging more unauthorized murals.

    Maybe, to encourage him to express his talent in a slightly more appropriate manner, you should buy him a drafting board, or even a light table!

    Oh wait! If you do that he might grow up to be a cartoonist . . . and no one would wish that on their child!

    His mom should get a roll of butcher paper and mount it on the wall where he likes to do his art. That way her wall stays clean and she can roll up and store his artworks to enjoy later.

    I let my daughter paint her room and the upstairs area when she was a teenager…she painted a vine with leaves and flowers going around the upstairs area…sometimes it’s ok to let the kids go…
