Can’t put a city on the map until it gets a Dairy Queen.

Can’t put a community on the map until it has a General Dollar.

Can’t place a township on the map until it has an Italian coffee shop.

I would expect them to have little chocolate cowboy hats on their ice cream cones. Or would that be Wyoming?

Wow, a Dairy Queen. They must have a population of 12,000 – 15,000. Or be close enough to a highway to advertise. I’ll have a large chocolate cone. Dipped.

Mmmm, Dairy Queen! I know the location of almost every Dairy Queen in town and can find it almost with my eyes closed. I know the comic is 4 years behind, but did you know they have Girl Scout Thin Mint Blizzards! YUUUUMMMM!!!!

It’s not a road trip without at least one Dairy Queen pitstop.

I remember DQ as being good for Root Beer Floats but haven’t been to one in years. There’s one less than 1/2 a mile from me and I’ve never stopped to get anything. I know I’m weird…

The small town I grew up in (northern Indiana) had a seasonal Dairy Queen, and going there on opening day (Memorial Day weekend) was a treat we looked forward to all winter!
