Trump plugged immigration for years putting extra pressure on the Biden administration.
To create a massive flow of immigrants to our border when his polling numbers started to fall at the begin of his presidency he pulled foreign humanitarian aid from the 3 South American country’s that a majority of immigrants flow sending them to our southern border creating a crisis making sure that Americans would approve of funding for his useless wall that can be breached with a $70 sawzall from Home depot.
Fast forward to today Harris and Biden who are trying to be as bipartisan as possible and work with Republicans wont stand a chance if they open up the borders insuring that the right will balk and use it as political cannon fodder for the mid terms .
Damned if they do and damned if they dont its a no win situation .
Harris is trying to create a system that allows people to apply for refugee status before they leave their homes to come to America. As it is, Trump’s administration has created chaos at the boarder that is going to take time to sort out.
It’s always easier to damage something than fix something. Trump had four years to damage immigration. Hopefully, it won’t take that long to sort it out, but it is going to take time to clean up that mess and re-institute a workable system.
Show of hands here, how many of us have had to implement a corporate policy we don’t agree with on others because we aren’t the boss and want to stay employed?
Leave it to Ha-ha-ha-harris the Hyena! She’ll soon take over from Creepy Joe. Enjoy the next 3+ years of this hilarity, Demokrats, while these two destroy our economy, let criminals rule our cities, and tax us into oblivion.
When will this stupid country face up to the fact that any “crisis at our southern border” is just our diseased chickens coming home to roost, due to the asinine, expensive, counter-productive, dehumanizing, corrupt War on Drug-Using Americans? Not only does that support the USA’s organized-crime syndicates by giving them an unregulated monopoly, it drives billions and billions of dollars per year into the greedy hands of the Latin American drug lords, criminal cartels, and corrupt governments, whose fights over all that American loot are what’s making life miserable for the average citizens of those countries.
It’s even worse in Afghanistan, home to 90% of the world’s opium poppies, where Americans are financing both sides of our longest-running war.
Wanna address the immigration “problem”? Legalize drugs! Turn their abuse into a medical issue, not a criminal one. Convert dealers from back-alley crooks to successful entrepreneurs, just as welcome in the Jaycees as the brewers and tavern owners were after the repeal of our original god-awful blunder with Prohibition!

it’s not likely to get resolved soon. Immigration has been a problem in this country since 1492

These two are really touchy.
