An eye on a claw hand…..that triggered Alan in grossing him out. Lucky for them the gun seems to agree but only by a few degrees. Now if the rest of the base systems can agree they might be able to contain the infestation. However I am still concerned about Topsider Central getting wind of this……unless this place is Topsider Central command…..in which case they would probably order self destruction. Far back Topsiders said they were not against destroying the planet if they could not stop mutants and anthros. Their belief was they win or no one wins.
I wonder. If the “monsters” are now mindless killing machines, why haven’t they turned on each other? I think this is the first time we have seen multiple monsters at once.
Debating what it really means to be human is one of the perennial memes of science fiction, however this is the first time I’ve seen such a judgement triggered by a gun. “Fire when you see the whites of their eyes…all of their eyes….”
I’ve never seen the monsters talk before. They usually are mindless and have no memory of their former selves. And since when to zero guns (or any guns) talk? Where are we, Toto?

I would like to imagine that Alan’s “BLECCH!” is an interpretation of the elephant’s trumpet sound.

It’s fortunate that the zero gun has decided to cooperate. Now to see if one gun can take out all the hostile targets before our team is overwhelmed.

Well, I don’t know. The guys outside…well, maybe they can come up with a better reason for the zero gun to work for them.

Well, I’m relieved, I think.
Last episode, I wondered whether the bird man was contemplating suicide…

I’m now hearing that in Harvey Korman’s “Great Gazoo” voice.

I did not catch the eyes on the insect leg in frame two my first read through. Nice Subtlety.

The Real Ghostbusters would love those guys. They’d make great ghosts for the show. Good news, everybody. They’re about to become ghosts!
