Tia Carmen is clearing out her wardrobe – all her grey dresses are for sale.

I like her way of thinking…..

“Hey, let’s stop here. There’s a garage sale!”

“Great! We need a new garage!”

How about $1? It’s not much good without the cord.

Kind of reminded me of Sally Rogers.

— “What a great vase! If I just add some wiring and a shade, it’ll make a gorgeous lamp!”

— “What about this lamp?”

— “Well, let’s see. If I take out the wires, and get rid of the shade, it’ll make a fantastic vase!”

The last time I participated in a Neighborhood Garage Sale, I got started an hour early, made a large pot of Coffee and sold it for 50 Cents per cup.

The Neighborhood association had put out an ad specifying the Start time and we could see cars parked down the street with people sitting in them, more or less patiently waiting for the “Official” start time.

I made more money selling the Hot Coffee and Tea than I did selling the stuff I put out for sale. Hey, if it was Good Stuff, I’d probably be keeping it. I did have one woman try to buy the Coffee Pot. It was still half full of hot coffee for sale.

A better price would be $10.00.
