There was a Mourning Dove in our backyard that repeatedly dive bombed my big Lab/Shar-Pei mix. The last time the Dove did that, my dog was ready and pulled a move just like Fred did in the last panel. Bye-bye, Dove. Hello Empty nest. Good Bye bleeding head, I felt like I could fly-eye, Bye-bye my Dove Good Bye.
Oh, come on, boys—you don’t really expect Fred to resist that, do you! We had a cat once who launched himself at the birdies with great height and precision, and with all four legs spread wide. Sure looked funny.
