Don’t they make a pill for that? I hear them advertised everywhere.
Stop the Spread: Eliminate cream cheese, butter, margarine, jelly, and jam from your diet.
Binge watching Netflix shows while ordering chips by the caseload during the pandemic probably did it.
That’s the doctors mantra…

apply lots of diet soft drinks…
Maybe that’s just a gut instinct.
