“This is the captain speaking. You are probably wondering why the airfare was so low. We do not have landing gear, but you will notice two holes in front of each seat. As we approach the landing strip, on my say so, everyone must jump down and run like Hell.”

The cover would not be opaque, just fogged. If you want to keep the sun out of your eyes, you need to pay for that, too.

Although I’ll look out the window if I happen to get a window seat, the view usually isn’t that interesting through most of the flight. Might be better with a larger window.

Don’t give Easy Jet any ideas. At the least they will put adverts on the shades.

American Airlines leads the industry in nickel and dime tactics. They were the first to charge for checked baggage.

They say “nickle and dime” but don’t believe them. Looking out the window costs a whole quarter.

Wait… This is Nickel & Dime Airlines, but they’re charging a quarter? I mean, sure, you can use two dimes and a nickel, or three nickels and a dime, but still…
