I am pretty happily married, but if my husband left or passed away I wouldn’t go looking for another.

I’ve buried 3 wives. And it’s really hard. They fight like hell.

Had to do that with the son! I’m more healthy now, for about 12 years, YAY!

I do not understand women who stay with a bum. I can understand somehow getting involved with one. My sister made that mistake and had the good sense to get rid of him.

Nobody deserves to be in an abusive relationship.

He is the only “ex” I have – an ex-brother-in-law.

I did that with the first wife.

I’m divorced twice, plus an engagement imploded spectacularly. I loved single life. Then I met my hubby.

I never understood people who stayed with someone they did not want to stay with. I have spoken to several who admit they are just waiting for someone better to come along. Is this someone better the kind of person who would try to steal someone else’s BF/GF? If not, how are you going to find out they are interested. Throw out the trash and then you can be ready for the right person.

I so agree with you on this one Auntie. Second divorce was my last relationship. My last is also now a best friend though. We live 3,000 miles apart but stay in contact weekly. We started out as friends and stayed that way. That’s enough for me.

She learned that from Walt, who got rid of her worthless butt.

Sharing duties and tasks is better than having to do everything yourself, to be pragmatic about it.

I got rid of a bum (could say more but…) and have been on my own for over 20 years. I’m happy and content with my life. I don’t need or want a man in my life!
