Republicans have NEVER believed in “Law & Order”, they’ve always believed in "I’m right and you’re wrong – the “establishment RULES!”
This has been one of the few times the G.O.P. aims have deviated from what the “establishment” wants.
This is also one of the few times that the “white nationalist” wing of the party has dared show itself without its natural cloak of patriotic nonsense (Trump masturbating with the American flag, for instance.)
The republican party did not, does not and will not uphold our police on ANY level if it does not serve their purpose in doing so. And we have now seen just how quickly they’re willing to cast them aside when the police no longer serve their purpose!
