A warm welcome and a cold toss.

Andy must not have heard “Last call, gentleman”, or perhaps he didn’t think it meant him.

I’m sure it’s pretty much a nightly thing for Andy.

Warm Welcome Inn, Warm Welcome worn out

They should change its name to the “Cold Shoulder Inn” while they’re at it!

There sure are a lot of pubs where Andy lives.

I wonder if the police have a pool based on which establishment ejects Andy first on a given night?

Wonder how many pints that took.

Andy tends to do that

Andy must be a real “lightweight.” Every bartender in town can pick him up by the britches and collar and throw him out the door.

But Andy’s not got cat like instinct – no landing on all fours here. That’s a dead drunk flop drop coming up.

Well, at least the welcome was warm, we assume, unless Andy’s reputation preceded him.

Now they’ll have to change the sign to say “Warm Welcome Inn, except Andy Capp”.

I am sure the boys in blue appreciate it when the barman takes care of the riff-raff himself.

His entrance was warm, but his exit was cool:)
