That’s not a hard question. The warmer the earth becomes, regardless of why, it will become increasingly unlivable for the current inhabitants. No-brainer, really.
The only way for humans not to be so impactful on the environment is the way Thanos solved the problem. In my lifetime the world population has more than doubled. More people, consuming at a higher rate than ever before. Government thinks they can regulate their way out of this, but it is a fallacy. There either has to be a massive contraction of population or we need to find another habitable planet and transfer a lot of people as colonists. Unfortunately, I am betting on Mother Nature to do the correcting.
The sheep asks the right question. If we stopped all greenhouse gas emissions right now (and obviously we can’t) temperatures will continue to rise for the next thirty years. We’re no longer trying to avoid disaster—that ship has sailed. We’re just fighting to give our kids a chance at surviving our huge error.

Damage has been done. It won’t quit warming until more carbon is taken from the air into soil & plants.

Sixty years ago I learned the world is still coming out of the last ice age. One thing I think about so hard is: How would we know when it is done?

When they’re cool to the idea.

The world will keep getting warmer. If we do something about it, we can mitigate the process and make progress in repairing the environment.

Notice Rory never comes up with the hard answers.

Ah, Rory works for the oil industry.

Well never know, because no one is spending money on renewable resources…take bulls and cows, for instance….

If we convert everything to renewable resources, then guess what?
Fossil fuels will STILL be there for emergencies. Just don’t use them for everyday power.

It will keep warming until the onset of the next Ice Age.

“Climate change” has been going on since God created it. Ice Ages, warm trends, whatever, humanity has adapted and lived through it all.

Isn’t the current solar cycle going into a minimum now; cooler Sun, cooler Earth!

Until we get a handle on unrestrained population growth, it really doesn’t matter what else we do

Sometimes that sheep is a deep thinker….but mostly, he’s usually just a little stinker!!

Stan has better watch out, AOC said global warming is caused by bovine fluctuance. There fore we must eliminate all bovine to save the planet…

It won’t stop on a dime. It took decades to get this warm, it will take decades to cool off.
