I just found out yesterday that one of my brothers has COVID. He was fully vaccinated, but was exposed so much at one of his jobs, he actually got the virus. He said he doesn’t feel very sick, but just gets tired easily. Now he can’t work for a couple weeks and his wife (who is also vaccinated) is in danger of getting it. I didn’t ask him if it’s the Delta variant he has. I have not been exposed to him recently, so I’m not in danger of getting it from him.
For newcomers who struggle with my image and video links, here is a solution.
Go to this webpage below and follow the instructions to copy the Script links to your Bookmarks Bar/Location in your Browser:

Once you’ve got the script links copied to your Bookmarks, you can go to any GC comic with image/video links (Like Ten Cats) and click on the GC Links in your Bookmarks and not only will all of the video links become ‘Clickable’ (No more Copy/Pasting into a new Tab), but all of the images WILL LOAD DIRECTLY INTO THE COMMENT SECTION!!, just like GC used to be like before the coding of the Comments section was changed to prevent us just posting pictures directly to the site (I understand the reasons behind why that was done).
There are other Scrips on that page that are also very useful, the other one I use the most is the GC Replies Script that expands all of the replies in that Comment section (No more clicking on each ‘Reply Tree’ to expand it).
Please note:
I had nothing to do with the writing/development of these Scrips, I’m just a satisfied user.
Also, I’ve found that the Scripts don’t work (For me) in all Browsers. For example, I use both M$ Edge and Firefox on my system, and for some reason the Scripts stopped working in M$ Edge following an update some time ago, but continue to work in Firefox. Now this might be due to either a setting change within the security software of M$ Edge, or some other reason, I just swapped over my use of the Scrips into Firefox and use that Browser for viewing Comments with links.
Kitten update: a police officer and his family adopted both black kittens. The girl is 12 and the boy is 8. They didn’t make an impulse decision; they saw the kittens on Friday and the parents said they would talk about it overnight. This is good.The orange one was adopted by that squirrely woman who returned the grey kitten after one week. This time, she kept it TWO HOURS before returning it. Why? Because the baby hissed at her other kitten. She was told she would never be allowed to adopt from Susan again. The sad thing is that there were three other people who wanted to adopt him. So, now he’s with Dr Susan for the week. He didn’t come here because I don’t take singletons. They get too lonely. Dr Shas other kitties for him to play with.
My first thought on the cartoon comment about real estate agencies was thinking the kitties are lucky the Roman Agency (SyFy’s SURREAL ESTATE) isn’t in the area. They deal with evil ghosts and demons in for-sale houses; pissy kitties would be nothing. Awesome show, by the way. Highly recommended.
Missed being on line yesterday due to trip to CT with niece-in-law and Maxie, visiting daughter, Plopper and S-I-L. Beautiful weather all day. She took us to 2 small villages and then made a cookout dinner. At a flea market I bought a Radio Flyer red wagon to transport Maxie. He (just) fits in. Now both of us can enjoy longer walkies/rides in future. . At 5:30 we began drive home on 95W. The 2 hour trip became 5+ hours as we met Monsieur Hurricane HENRI. I will describe the remainder of the drive this way ……… …. … #&$@!$# &% and the same goes for your momma too, Henri ..Pics will be posted on FB shortly.
I don’t know which kitty put up that sign, but that is so brilliant. Not to mention, quite effective. The only person that wouldn’t deter is Calvin. (In fact, Calvin would probably want a sign just like that.) On another note, saw a rabbit and four robins while out walking today.
