Our squirrels sit in the bird feeder pretending to eat, knowing that when we see them we’ll hand-feed them peanuts through our bedroom window.
Spouse calls them bird feeders. I call them squirrel feeders. One of the kids calls them cat  feeders…
Love the electrified feeders. Birds are safe, but squirrels complete the circuit and bzzzzzzzzzz.
He needs a place to hide…..and squirrel away the loot
I have a hanging feeder with a dome on top. The squirrels can’t get to the feeder. But the raccoons can.
Squirrels tried but failed to get to the feeders! But it’s depends on location, location, location!
