Depends on one’s circadian rhythms—I’m a 77 y/o “night owl”, I regularly go to bed at 2 AM and get up around 9 AM (after several interruptions to pee, like thomas_matkey). And it’s not unusual for me to stay up past that, to 3 or 4, or even 5 AM.
For you who pee often don’t drink so much liquid at night. I’m almost 78 sleep 5hrs max with a sleeping tablet and no night pees. The tablet is because of pain and nightmares.
Aging is a significant example of the law of diminishing returns. Things begin to take a lot more effort for only a moderate return. There is no cure. There is only accommodation.
I am lucky if I get to bed by midnight. My dogs always want a “late night pee”. Luckily, once I am in bed, I am there til 6:00AM…when the dogs want out for “early morning pee”.
When I was younger, it didn’t bother me much but now, if I stay up an hour past my usual bedtime, I pay for it with two hours extra sleep the next morning or being groggy all day. It’s just not worth it.

At my age, an all-nighter is when I don’t have to get up to pee 3 times a night.

I may not get to bed until midnight, but that doesn’t mean I don’t fall asleep before then.

“At my age, it takes me all night to do what I used to do all night.”
(I think that’s attributed to Groucho Marx)
