Cats do comfort people. When we lost our Pepper, Mum’s Sheba took to snuggling with me every night. She’d rarely leave me and my husband.

She wasn’t too pleased when we rescued Sultan, at least til we tried Feliway spray, til he got neutered :) When it was a year since we’d lost Pepper, Sultan heard me crying and didn’t leave me all night, just stayed pressed against my feet, purring comfortingly…

I’m relieved to see that Grizzy has another side. Apparently he’s cat like in some ways.

“…he’s been neutered for years.” “Pfft, he doesn’t know that!”

Who cares what the neutered Demon Beast does or doesn’t cozy up to? Clearly, it only seeks what it wants, and no “love” is involved in it. Donna opens the cat food cans. That’s the sum of it….

The thing about cats is that they will be affectionate then turn on a dime and bite you.
