Side effects of the medication are ED and sexual anhedonia. My expectations with a higher dose could not be lower.

You’ll feel worse but you won’t care.

Ignorance + apathy = "I don’t know and I don’t care

In other words, the Doc wants to put his patient in a medically induced coma.

Sounds like true happiness…given the right “medication”.

The patient is thinking “Up yours”.

So is the doc upping the downers?

Will the patient have down more uppers?

more profit – less griping

“Can’t be any lower, I’m here with YOU, doc!

That’s odd – the Governor of the financially ravaged state of Illinois is telling his constituents the same thing!

You can’t lower what you don’t have.

i’ve found that i’m never disappointed if i can just keep my expectations low…
