I bury my food scraps in a compost bin, so squirrels would starve depending on my garbage.

One of the places that don’t have orders to go?

Raccoons and bears going at the trash, yes. Squirrels?

I have never seen squirrels in a trash can. Racoons and bears and dogs but no squirrels.

Isn’t this more raccoon behavior? I’ve never seen a squirrel raid a garbage can.

I live in a very suburban area. Very few squirrels around. Possums and stray cats tend to deal with them. A few packs of wild coyotes have been spotted here as well – even digging under fences to get to people’s pets. Being in Florida must help – hard for almost anything to climb a spiny palm tree.

Squirrels invented “Dine & Dash”.

I have a rifle that ends those problems.
