Except for the Great Pumpkin, Snoopy!
LOL Cute Woodstock.
Back in either Ireland or Scotland, jack-o’-lanterns are made from turnips. Would those little vegetables still scare little Woodstock?
Woodstock was afraid it would squash him!
I never could figure out why it is called a pump kin. It doesn’t even look related to a water pump at all.
No Great Pumpkin storyline in 1974? I know it had kind of run it’s course in the 60’s
“This is Halloween. This is Halloween. Pumpkins scream in the dead of night.”
Tell Woodstock not to let his gourd down.
Snoopy should learn about Wicca before he tells Woodstock.
Nice going, Snoopy…now you’re going to have a bird in your ear all night!
Finally, back to 1974 strips after a day off for a 1968 strip! And we know Halloween is tomorrow, so Happy Halloween this weekend!
Charlie Brown modeled for a pumpkin one time.
Nice move, Snoopy.
Nice hiding place.
Snoopy shouldn’t have said anything. Look what happened to Calvin and Hobbes here:

Or in this case, Linus hiding inside waiting for the Great Pumpkin
Some are filled with tea lights or glow sticks…
Apparently Woodstock is not a gostbuster
a little early. it’s tomorrow the great pumpkin rises up out of the pumpkin patch. I(’ll be ready
Woodstock, “Friends, Romans and Beagles, lend me your ears.”
No, all the pumpkins you see that have been carved are there to scare away the ghosts.
Well, I’m not worried … Jason, Freddie, Michael … they’re all afraid .. of me … ;)
Would Little Caesar’s ghost be a floating pizza?
