They’d need to find a new voice for Verne, since the late Garry Shandling voiced him in the first movie.

OK, I was going to ask where he got the skateboard but then I wondered where did a Dinosaur come from in this day and age? Named George?

Hammy the hood ornament. He really can do anything.

Because the movie wasn’t a super mega blockbuster like Shrek, it was considered a major failure by Dreamworks’ greedy standards at the time. That’s why we didn’t get a Pearls Before Swine movie.

There was a movie?

I used to think that way about Pogo. Then they did animate Pogo. There was more sense of movement and action in the comic. Imagination works more wonder between panels than the eye gets to fill in between frames running 30 per second.

Better be careful. Disney is likely to sue for copyright infringement over Hammy’s line.

so why no sequel

Don’t be so negative, RJ. Maybe they will make a sequel if they put their mind to it, with a few perks being that they’ll find someone else to voice Verne since Garry Shandling passed away (like maybe Christopher McDonald).

Forget a sequel, I want a Series!

Second Holiday strip I’ve seen today. Well George IS more “indigenous” than the others.

the Cheetos mushroom cloud was worth the price of admission – enjoyed seeing it in the theatre with my youngest son during his college days.

I would love to see a sequel.
