That is one impressively water-tight building. Probably airtight too. Whoever built it knows their stuff, maybe even a little too well.

Forgot to ‘plug’ it in.

so that’s where the water goes in that hole at the bottom. does the one trying to fill the pool up know that?

The pools should start filling up right about now.

Where is the tank of water? Should be up there above pool.

A radio report had apartment owners complaining about not being able to find competent maintenance workers.

Gotta love cartoon physics!

Too bad it’s not an Olympic size pool. It would be slower to fill up because you have to have Mark Spitz.
