    It’s quite possible that every snake I’ve ever seen had back pain; they often seem to be in a bad mood. But I’ve never heard one complain.

    How would you know if a snake had back pain? They can’t talk and I’m not sure what a slither with a limp looks like. And maybe a snake’s back pain only hurts if it straightens up.

    Based on my experience, I disagree with the “experts.” I’ve always felt more comfortable SLOUCHED, with my back in a “C” shape – than with the “good posture” that people tried to impress on me since childhood. And “ergonomic” chairs with “lumbar support” have always been VERY uncomfortable. So sorry, Emily Post, I’m gonna slouch! :)
