Even though the guy in the ranger costume believes the bears are people in realistic bear costumes, the bears are still anthropomorphized.

With the bow missing,we can’t tell one cub from another,and I think nobody else can either.Love the “hamming it up” poses.

When ranger finds out the truth, he will be so horrified that he will put a posse together on the spot to capture and shoot the “dangerous critters” among them, thereby keeping the Alley safe for democracy. Ah, good citizens, rejoice……
