I can see “Billzerbund” is a portmanteau of “Blizzard” (Blizzard Entertainment) and “Broderbund” (Broderbund Software, Inc.). I can guess “Riviablo” is a portmanteau of “Riven” and “Diablo.”

Riven is the sequel to “Myst”, so that would be part of “Iron Mysticus”. But, what else does “Iron Mysticus” refer to?

How Blizzard (I mean Billzerbund) has fallen in recent years.

Schwésterbund might have been a better parody name for the company. Broder = brother; Schwéster = sister. It would have enhanced the conflict between the cartoon siblings.

I wonder as a marketing scheme how well it would work to include as beta testers people who are living in the same household as regular buyers …
