I admire the fact that Armstrong was actually able to draw Crunchy as looking worried in the last panel. That’s pretty hard considering you can’t see his eyes!
Is there some objective standard for ‘better’? Do we allow for personal taste/preference? You could have a wonderful steak cooked by a great chef, and my daughter who won’t eat red meat would prefer a badly cooked piece of salmon. And a vegan would prefer a carrot. It wouldn’t mean either was ‘better’ than the steak, it would reflect personal preference (and a great chef probably realizes different people like different foods).
