Thank you, everyone for your expressions of sympathy at the passing of my dear, sweet, Fluffy. She will be deeply missed.

I made Fluffy my new avatar. Here she is.

Nice job decorating, everyone! But someone better stop Bluebell from cleaning that room! Which reminds me that I have some house cleaning to do, too. I should have been doing more of that on my last day off (Thursday), but I wanted to spend extra time with Fluffy because I knew she wasn’t doing well. So I sat around with her snoozing on my lap. I’m not sorry that I let the house cleaning go for the day. Loving on Fluffy was more important to me. I can clean later.

Bluebell’s heart is in the right place. Any other day her efforts would be appreciated. But, for today……..some not so happy kitties.

BOO to all of you, my friends. I’m so lucky to call all of you friends. My Dr. Asked me if I have friends. It important for older people to connect with someone. I told her, I have not just one friend but a whole group!

Uh-oh – out of the loop.

My daughter arrived at my house before 10:00am. She + her new kitty arrived back at their furever CT home 2 hours later…just before 1:00pm eastern time. Kitten proofing today is #1 concern. Kitty is zooming all over the ground floor!!!!

I have had pneumonia since last Monday.

I don’t have the concentration or the energy to read the comics OR the comments.

I’m hoping to be cured without needing to go into the hospital.

Please let the Orb “send up a few for me.”

This is my house on a normal day. Cobwebs. I tell people the decor is early Addams Family.

Great pictures today. :)

They did a really good job of decorating. Too bad Bluebell is about to ruin it. She means well, though, so we should cut her some slack. On another note, saw two varied thrushes and a towhee while out walking today.

Today the rescue horses received breakfast and dinner of warm mash. Lori, who started Redemption Road Rescue, brought it both times. The vet will be here tomorrow to check them out, and make any changes in diet/medications that might be needed. I look forward to his/her advice (not sure which equine vet is coming). I’ll report tomorrow night.

Bless you for your compassion and care for the “unwanted, unloved, uncared” for horses. They sure looked like they needed lots of love and care, food and warm. I know they wil receive it from you. Keep us posted on how they are doing, please,,,many of us care, also,.
